To go to Monteverde: Take a taxi for $3, from the airport of San Jose. Ask the driver to bring you to "La Radial". It's a store that sells car parts, on the road to Alajuela, about 1 kilometer North of the airport.  It takes about 10 minutes.

The morning bus pass by this bus stop at approximately 7h am, and the afternoon one at 3h pm. See the photo of the bus, so you can recognize the color. It says also Monteverde on it.

In Spanish it's: Puede llevar me a La Radial, oun kilometro all Norte, al camino por Alajuela, circa del Mall International. You can surely find a taxi, or a policeman that can speak English, to help you.

The bus arrives in Monteverde, 4 hours later, we will be at the bus stop to greet you.
