Libreria Chunches de Monteverde is a bookstore / coffee shop in Monteverde Costa Rica with a fine selection of books(many in English including travel and natural history guides, magazines, book exchange, and some u.s. newspapers). They provide public fax service (sending and receiving), laundry service (u.s $5 to wash and dry a load), are a useful meeting place and a source of information. They are open from 8am.to 6pm. Located in Santa Elena de Monteverde, Chunches is across the Banco National & in front of the Pension Santa Elena.
